Are you or your child interested in taking musical instrument lessons?
Our professional instructors structure their curriculum based on your individual goals and style of your interest, helping you become the musician that you want to be. By taking lessons with a professional instructor you gain confidence in your playing by improving your skills, regardless if you're a beginner or advanced, all while expressing yourself through music! We charge $30 per 30 minutes of one-on-one instruction with any of our teachers (except for vocal lessons, which are $35 for 30 minutes.)
We bill out all of the lessons within a month on the first day of every month.
To elaborate on this, when signing up for lessons, the student occupies a weekly timeslot that they are expected to attend every week at the same time until either lessons are cancelled or moved to another time.
If, for example, the student takes lessons every Tuesday at 5:00, on the first of the month the person financially responsible for the student would either be billed $120 or $150 depending on if there are 4 or 5 Tuesdays in the month.
There are exceptions to the billing;
-If a teacher is planning on taking any days off or if the store is closed on a day where lessons would typically take place, we do not bill out for those lessons.
-If we receive notice from the student before the first of the month about any vacation dates the student is planning on taking, we do not bill for those lessons.
(However, this can only be done for up to two weeks before requiring permission from the teacher to not bill out for those dates.)
-If a teacher misses a lesson last minute, we either refund the card on file or create a credit that can be applied towards next month's billing.
-If the student misses a lesson last minute for any reason (including illness), we do not offer any type of refund or credit.
(However, the student is welcome to negotiate a make-up lesson with their teacher if the teacher is willing to provide a make-up lesson.)
Please note that our teachers are not obligated to provide make-up lessons, and may do so at their own discretion.Children must be at least 4 years of age for piano lessons or 6 years of age for any other lessons, with the ability to focus for at least 30 minutes straight.
Although we accept students with disabilities, please note that our instructors do not specialize in that field, and are handled on a case-by-case scenario.
We do not accept cash or personal checks for lessons.
All students are required to have a card on file with us to be automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
We currently do not offer bi-weekly lessons, or lessons on any alternative basis other than once a week.
Lessons longer than 30 minutes are available upon request depending on our availability.
